Frequently asked questions
Do you accept drop-offs for UPS, FedEx, and USPS?
Yes. Bring prepaid UPS, FedEx, or USPS packages during business hours and we'll get them on the next pickup. All drop-offs are free. For USPS, we try to keep drop-offs to about 10 packages at a time — our USPS driver has a smaller truck. Give us a call at (406) 586-2445 if you have questions about a larger drop-off.
Do I need an appointment to ship?
No appointment needed. Walk in anytime during business hours and we'll compare rates across USPS, UPS, and FedEx so you can pick what's fastest or cheapest.
Do you sell boxes and packing supplies, and can you pack my items?
Yes. We sell boxes and packaging materials, so you can pack and ship in one stop. For larger or more complicated items, we can help pack them for an additional cost. Call (406) 586-2445 or stop by with questions.
Do you take passport photos?
Not at this time. We plan to offer passport photos in 2027. Call (406) 586-2445 to check on timing.
What are your carrier pickup times?
UPS and FedEx are picked up at 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. USPS runs six days a week; the pickup time varies, so bring packages during business hours.
Do you rent mailboxes with a real street address?
Yes. Personal and business mailbox plans from $20/month use 40 Spanish Peak Dr., Bozeman — a real street address, not a P.O. Box, accepted by every major carrier.
What do I need to open a mailbox?
Two forms of ID, as required by USPS Form 1583: one government-issued photo ID (driver's or state ID, passport, military ID, or permanent resident card) and a second ID that shows your address (such as a lease, mortgage or deed, home or vehicle insurance policy, vehicle registration, or voter registration card). A driver's license can count as only one of the two. Setup takes about ten minutes at the counter, and we can witness your signature on the spot, so no notary is needed. For a business mailbox, also bring your business name, business address, and where it's registered.

Do you offer notary services?
Yes. Walk in during business hours for most notarizations — powers of attorney, bills of sale, affidavits, real estate documents, USPS Form 1583, and more. Our fee is $10 per signature. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. For closings with multiple signers or a stack of documents, call (406) 586-2445 ahead so a notary is on hand.
